She Leads is more than just a conference. It’s a movement. It’s an experience. It’s a mindset. In fact, now in its 4th year, She Leads is expanding to a second Minnesota location--Rochester, MN--in fall 2025. This premier leadership conference exclusively for women with the whole leader in mind, promises to reach up to 500 women in 2025.
She Leads welcomes all women who see themselves as entrepreneurs, executives, managers, or changemakers to engage in a unique lineup of learning opportunities and experiences. Attendees can look forward to personalized business advice from supportive panels of experts, inspiring keynote sessions, and 15 hands-on workshops tailored to enhance leadership skills. With a strong emphasis on networking, wellness, and inclusivity, this event fosters a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere where women from across the state can connect, grow, and thrive.
